這在EBay15年來只碰過一次.
發email給賣家 - "small-claims court" 兩字, 賣家火速退全額. 再爛的賣家還是怕上法院.

I don't think there are many person in Taiwan will go to court for $5 (USD) shipping fee. I did it once and I scared the heck out of the seller. After that,  I monitored the seller for quite a while and subsequenctly purchased some stamps from him since I later believed that he did not do that on purpose.

In us, "small-claims court" means you can file a claim without going through the standard court process for about $30 depending on which state you're in (don't need a lawyer). The court reviews the case in a few days and send you and the depender his/her decision. If you win the case, the defender must pay the court fee and reimburse all the associate fees to you. Plus. the judge may ask the defender to pay extra to you due to the time that you spend on taking care of the case and other stuffs that may have incurred.

I believe Taiwan has similar process but most people just keep silent and don't want to spend a whole lot of time for a few bucks. This is why bad sellers keep popping up on auction sites since they don't get punished.

Only taking actions can stop those scammers and we all need to "do" something not just keep talking.

Ebay也會先退錢給你(如果一個月內雙方無法合解).

建議買張樂透轉轉運(我常幹這種事).

公佈不良賣家, 只要是事實, 在郵票投資討論是很正常的事. 這是要賣家混不下去, 不是廣告.

難道是國情不同, 在國外郵網從來沒人說不應談這個.

Being buying/selling on Ebay for 17 years with thousands of feedback without a negative feedback on two accounts, I surely understand how that works.

"大陸的網站，有一些認證機制，會有一些審查。" 美國沒有(based on freedom of speech, but you can always go to court if you think you've been offended),所以美國應向大陸學習?

與老美同事聊到這點他們對小弟說　"Don't waste your time on such topic!" - that's exactly what I will do.

國外郵票品相首先是講sound, faulty 及 defective
Sound stamp = no faults or defects
Faults = minor imperfection, 如部分齒黃或不潔白,微黃(toning)
Defects = major imperfections 如折痕,短齒

一般來說VF是指郵票圖案的中心度 (Centering).  如圖所示分為
1.    S – Super
2.    XF – Extremely fine
3.    VF – Very fine
4.    F – Fine
5.    AVG – Average
外國人相當重視中心度, 反觀國內好像偏了一點反而有人要.

背膠則分NH, H, LH, HH, HR, NG, RG, MNH等


蟑螂兄如票品中心度很好, 在國外就算很骯髒, 只要指出有Defects並不算欺騙顧客.
